Thousands enjoyed the hottest event of summer last year. Camarines Sur, the final destination of SMART Buddy Hot Summer Samahan 2008, ended the series of grand one-day festivities with a bang, literally and figuratively as Bamboo entertained the crowd and signed off the night with a pyrotechnics display.
